Talked to Graham a minute ago, and I won’t go into details of the exact conversation, but I came away very impressed. VERY. I’ve dealt with OTC and pink CEO"S many times, have even loaned some money, and he struck me as a very sharp gentleman. He asked me not to post anything but I think talking about a couple of things that could sooth investors would be helpful without saying anything too detailed. I hope that this is alright with him.

He is bewildered by some of the phone calls and emails he has received complaining about the dilution. As he said whatever little dilution has occurred, and its been tiny, has just been to further company goals. He said that the float is actually smaller than what is being reported because a lot of stock are in some tight hands with insiders. He said that yes, there may be a small, he stressed small, amount of shares that could be sold in the future, but anything that is sold is used for company business, acquisitions, etc. He certainly is not profiting from any shares sold. The company has to get money to build and that is a part of it (small dilution). He has a large stake in the company and any shares that dilute also dilute his holdings, so he is in no hurry to sell more than is barely minimal.

He stressed he is trying to build a solid company in Texas and that the money potential there is enormous for what he is doing. He sounded very surprised that the stock is as low as it is compared to others around the pinks that have 10 times the value and are much worse off financially. He sounded confident it would move up soon and stay there so take that as you will.

I am hopeful an IR firm will be hired shortly by his wordings, and financials PR’d to prove what the company is making and to take the share price to where it belongs? He said being on the pinks makes it very hard for some to take what the company can and will make seriously. I would expect something soon imo.

Hope that helps. Please don’t flood the guy with calls or emails. I’ve been a trader for 25 years, and to me the guy sounds like a decent, straight up kind of man. I was thankful he took my call. He said he was burned by a phone call he took a couple weeks ago and is hesitant now about talking to people he doesnt know. I am more than willing to give him a chance and see what comes out of this. The company is already doing revs, will be growing them greatly into the millions, has an ungagged TA ON THE PINKS, and has a market cap of what, $300 K, and an OS of 38 M. Tell me where you will find that on the pinks or OTC?

This is my last post I can make today (my 15 is up) so i really cant answer anything else, but the bottom line is i will be buying more over the coming days and weeks.
