announced that Mr. Dianyuan Song was appointed the Marketing and Sales
Director of the Company in October 2007.

Kiwa Fertilizer Distribution Network (Hebei) Grows to 900 Terminals

announced that under the direction of Mr. Dianyuan Song, Marketing and
Sales Director, it is developing the Kiwa Fertilizer Distribution Network
(Hebei). To date over 900 fertilizer-selling terminals have been
established in Hebei to sell Kiwa fertilizer products.

Hebei is a large agriculture province with high fertilizer consumption
rates. The diversity of crops and range of climates in Hebei lead to the
need for a wide variety of fertilizer products. This market is an important
target market of Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation. The Company in
co- operation with the Soil and Fertilizer Station of Hebei Province and
other authorized government agencies is growing steadily. Kiwa expects to
quickly gain market share in the Hebei fertilizer market by building a
large distribution network. These networks of sales terminals provide

announced that as of December 19, 2007, local distributors in Xinjiang
Uygur Autonomous Region have placed and received orders for 8 tons of “Di
Fu Kang (Pu Guang Fu)”, as well as 60 tons of Refined Organic Fertilizer.
Xinjiang is one of largest agricultural regions of China. This is the first
time that Kiwa has sold and shipped these two new products to Xinjiang.

The new products “Di Fu Kang” and Refined Organic Fertilizer were

Kiwa Signs Letter of Intent with Huaxing Animal Medicine

Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: KWBT), ("the
Company” and “Kiwa") announced that it has signed Letter of Intent with
Shijiazhuang Huaxing Animal Medicine Co., Ltd. ("Huaxing") on December 18,
2007. Both parties agreed that Kiwa will invest in Huaxing and transform it
to a Sino-foreign joint-venture company ("new joint-venture") through
expansion of Huaxing’s capital. Kiwa will control a majority of the new
joint-venture’s equity. Both sides also agreed to start Due Diligence as
soon as possible after the signing of the Letter of Intent.

Huaxing was founded in 1996. Huaxing is supported by animal husbandry
and veterinary medicine agencies at both provincial and municipal levels.
Huaxing has focused on building strong co-operative relationships with
academic institutions such as the Agricultural University of Heibei and

Local agricultural dealer representatives with large volume distribution

The “China Green Food Association Agricultural Management Centre Brand

Kiwa Fertilizers Pass Independent Tests

Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation (KWBT.OB) announced that: Xinjiang
Corps Agro-technology Extended Terminal promulgated the test results on
Kiwa’s fertilizer products “Pen Duo Shou” and “Jin Peng Jia Bao”, both of
which passed fertilizer sample tests. The new official fertilizer
certificate replaces the previous Temporary Amino Acid Leaf Fertilizer
Registration Certificate.

In 2007, Xinjiang Corps Agro-technology Extended Terminal arranged
tests on processing tomato and cotton with Kiwa fertilizer products “Pen
Duo Shou” and “Jin Peng Jia Bao”. The recent test results of these two
fertilizer products show that:

—Pen Duo Shou can increase the number of tomato fruits per plant as
well as the net weight of single tomatoes and thereby provides a
better yield.

—Jin Peng Jia Bao can increase the number of cotton balls on individual
plants as well as the net weight of every individual cotton ball
therefore increase crop yield of cotton.

—These independent tests prove that these two new Kiwa fertilizer
products have the positive effect of increasing crop production meet
the objective of creating a high economic benefit.
In addition, the two products passed the sample tests and were approved
by China Fertilizer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Beijing),
Testing Centre of China Agriculture Academy of Science. They will formally
issue new official fertilizer certificate in February 2008, replacing the

management meetings including year-end business review, planning for 2008

completed equipment installation and the first phase of bacillus

Kiwa Bio-Tech Animal Feed Volume Increased 25% in Fourth Quarter of 2007

that the volume of bio-enhanced feed products sold during the fourth
quarter of 2007 strengthened over the third quarter of 2007 and increased
25% over the same period in the previous year.

Tianjin Kiwa Feed Co., Ltd. ("Kiwa Tianjin") is a joint-venture of Kiwa
and Tianjin Challenge Feed Co., Ltd, to engage in developing, manufacturing
and marketing of biologically enhanced feed for pigs, chickens, ducks, cows
and fish. During 4th quarter of 2007, Kiwa Tianjin sold over 7,600 tons of
bio-enhanced feed a 25% increase compared with approximately 6,100 tons
during the same period of 2006.

Kiwa Bio-Tech Ships 114 Tons of Bio-Fertilizer in Fourth Quarter of 2007

sharply improved volume of bio-fertilizer products during the fourth
quarter of 2007. Kiwa Bio-Tech Products (Shandong) Co., Ltd. ("Kiwa
Shandong"), the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary operating in the
bio-fertilizer industry, sold 114 tons of bio-fertilizer products during
the last quarter of 2007 as compared with 14 tons in the same period of
2006, representing over 700% increase.
