MIAMI, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 15, 2007—Simulated Environment Concepts, Inc. today announced that the company has purchased a new public shell, 5th Avenue Channel Corp. (Other OTC:FAVE.PK - News). The shell’s acquisition was completed on October 3, 2007.

A reorganization of the shell has been submitted to the NASD. The FAVE symbol will be used in references to Simulated Environment Concepts, Inc. until the reorganization is complete and a new symbol has been requested.

Simulated Environment Concepts, Inc. President and CEO Dr. Ella Frenkel said, “This new public shell represents part of the Company’s continuing expansion. This period of organization will ultimately prove beneficial for Simulated Environment Concepts and its shareholders.”
