“Our in-house investor relations contact has been overwhelmed with inquiries by shareholders. I have tried to return as many calls as I can but my schedule only permits me to return a limited number of calls,” commented Mr.Huppe. “I thought it would be timely to update shareholders with answers to the most common questions. Many shareholders are concerned about our ability to finance projected production. Fortunately, we have been able to finance the units internally as our contracts with clients call for deposits which are then used to produce the contracted product. This method of financing is non dilutive and will allow for a continued ramping up of production from our current order book.

“Our shareholders also ask about the level of transparency in regards to our contract and LOI news releases,” said Mr. Huppe. “Competitive pressures in the transportation logistics marketplace necessitate a certain amount of discretion. Our product is innovative and it gives our clients a competitive advantage. Given this advantage our current client base has asked for their names to be omitted. Once our current sales pipeline is fully exploited we expect to be the dominant and necessary solution in our space. I expect once that process is completed we will be able to disclose names.”

Lastly, Mr. Huppe reported, “Our shareholders also want to know about our stock awareness programs. We intend to make announcements next week about a road show schedule which will bring us to New York City, Toronto, and Montreal. This will allow investors to meet the management team at Effective Control Trucking LLC. as well as Argo Navigation Inc. These road shows are being scheduled for the second week of September.
